Submit OJT Evaluations

Going forward, Training Agents will be able to submit OJT Evaluations online. In order to do so, you will be assigned a Training Agent Code and must provide the code to submit evaluations. Please keep TA codes confidential. If you have lost your code, contact jmoody@nwagc.org. If you prefer a printable copy, you download one below.
